How Does Our Garden Grow?

McKinley Eagles spent part of their day learning about our school garden! Despite the rain, students had the opportunity to ignite their interest in gardening through a fun hands-on experience that shows how living things begin and turn into the foods we eat and plants we enjoy. Students learned about “picking a better snack (strawberries), planting seeds in starter pots and learning about compost (and worms!). So fun!
