A Great Message and So Much Fun!

Harlem Globetrotter Zeus McClurkin and Wells Fargo volunteers made a visit to McKinley Elementary School as part of their tour through DMPS schools today. Jaws dropped as McClurkin sank a half-court shot and then soared to a slam dunk. McClurkin, by the way, holds the Guinness World Record for the most basketball slam dunks in one minute. But before his basketball tricks, he spoke to the school about the Globetrotters’ history, how every student should have the opportunity to play sports, and why it’s not right to be a bully.
