The McKinley Food Pantry is Open!

Our school has a food pantry that is available to all families of McKinley students. It is open every Tuesday evening from 4 – 6 p.m. or by appointment Monday through Friday. Dry goods, refrigerated and frozen items will be available with quantities determined by the number of people living in the household.

To access the pantry, come to the double doors on the east side of the building (just south of the main entrance) and ring the buzzer. Only one family will be allowed to use the family at a time to ensure privacy.

As a result of the food pantry, the “backpack buddies” program will be discontinued. Families who received sacks of non-perishable food each Friday are encouraged to utilize the food pantry instead.
